leseeeeee oh well I bought some new art supplies yesterday. I felt motion-sick or something on the bus lol on the way there. Longer than 30 minutes at one time and I guess i feel sick. Some old guy on the bus looked like Eric Idle rofllll How stupid, haha. Anyway we bought a bunch of nice paper to draw on. I also got a new black coloured pencil cos I needed one. Haha and some pens. So I started work on a new drawing of Hyde, just graphite on a textured paper. The same paper I did olivia & hide on. I think it'll come out good even tho the angle is weird. I wish I could scan in progress! It would be so cool, haha. Like this old one:



Well gee the thumbnail is all small, links to bigger. I been trying to do another colour pencil one but neither of the two I've done are as good as the previous Olivia CP I did so I won't be showing those, lol. Have to keep tryingother ones.

Speaking of...uh. well my sister made a blog too. it looks cooler than mine, XDD i just notice how sloppy i do everything on my layout. hers is neat and the images align and stuff. lol of course she saved the better one for herself. but she made that using an old banner, using MS paintish program to just edit it or something to fit and recoded it. LOL something I couldn't do to save my life. But I added a mini-profile to mine! And an oldass picture of me. There was a picture of Ryuutarou from PT dressed up with makeup on his cheeks and a paperbag on his head, so I did the same thing. But I had some pocky in it, lol but it kinda looks like i have 2 cigarettes or something! Ew. Oh anyway so I have to link back to her in my code. Prolly the only blog I will link since none of my friends have blogs. Or do they? I never check. XD well maybe someday i will once i figure out who wants to be linked. lol.

I have this Hollies song on CD somewhere but I don't think we have it with us. I really want the sheet music. Because I have my real E now, finally. I played around with their guitars. They sucked, lol I thought they would be better. Well that place is not really know for its guitars I suppose. But they were cheap, like 179, less than I thought. I think I'll buy another next month, as in November, ha.

I finished that coloured pencil drawing of Olivia. It looks really neat. So I have one good thing done, at least. I want to do some more coloured pencil drawings though because I haven't done any in a long time. And plus I draw with them very fast, faster than normal pencil or charcoal. I think charcoal is probably my slowest. Although, I never spent any longer than 8 hours on something, I think. Sometimes I read about other people drawing stuff for like 40+ hours and I do not know how they can have that kind of patience. Haha. Well I think I just draw faster than them. Those types are really slow artists. I suppose if I took that kind of time my crap would look better, but I have no time to be so meticulous; I'm not interested in a copying exactly anyway. I also need to paint a manga-style painting for my friend; I owe her one still of her OC, haha. I'm so slow with getting to that; I don't know why they put up with me. XD

Also, new strings on Monday. Yay.

Went for a bigass hike today near the waterfalls. Lena came too obviously cos she got some moneys! We went to jimmy john's first and then to a DQ nearby and then went and ate. There was a bunch of old people like from a tour bus that were walking around all touristy and such. And having a barbeque. Some of them looked lost. They probably were; looking for the bathroom or something lol. By the way the tinkleroom is very scary. I bet the Manson family lives in it on weekends.



I didn't take that photo, someone else did. Climbed over all the "DO NOT ENTER" barriers. Then we hiked around like jackasses all the way down to the sand by the river, there was some guys fishing. I wouldn't eat fish out of that water, rofl. Ok theres nothing wrong with it but still. We brung a bunch of weird oatmeal stuff in a jar with us that no one at home wanted to eat to feed to birds or whatever. We just sprinkled it around as we walked; I didn't see any normal here-want-my-leftovers-pigeon-type birds down there (good). There were a bunch of canary's or something though; we heard a hawk too. Took pictures too. Fun fun fun.

Working on a colour pencil portrait of Olivia. looks good so far. hope i don't funk it up somehow.



By the way I hate hosting on photobucket because its a slow site and nothing loads. But I wanted to host like my icons there to keep them neater in folders. But I can never log in when I need to! Plus, it dithers images. Stupid suckass site. XD

Yuck, my mum got this weirdass food last night. Well it was this bottle of pickled plums or prunes or something. They were very disgusting; like a really, really, very, very salty olive. I like olives though, but that was just too much. I don't know what it was exactly even, but it was from some store by a Chinese brand. And to think there's a whole bottle of them left, hahaha, who's going to eat them besides mum? I took one bite and threw it in the trash.






Corny .gif time!! I joined a Sailormoon fanlisting today, haha, I need to join lots more. Whenever I'm at the comp though, my mind blanks and I can't think of ones to google and join. I should probably make a paper list but I'm lazy. I also want to draw some SM fanart again; I haven't in a long time. I can't believe I've liked this show since I was about 5 HAHA that is a very long time. I also can't believe its that old. :/ Or that I'M that old, rofl, 20 is old now.

I had to return the book I was using for ref photos of Rita Hayworth, haha. But, I think I can finish without it anyway. Or just check it out again but I'm lazy. Hopefully it turns out well enough, I'm liking it a lot. No one else probably will, of course, thats how it goes. And I noticed there is no fanlisting for her :( Apparently there was one but it doesn't work anymore. Well someone should make another one.






I need some new music to play, too. There's this book called the Beatles Best, a scorebook that I found before. It has just about all their songs in it; I need to check it out again. All the music I have right now to play is crappy. On top of all that, no extra E-string yet. Need money. Need job.

So what the hell is happening... Ooh I joined some fanlistings. Cos I think I'm just gonna slap those over on the left side of this page. Those little 50 x 50 icons those sites give out. I never really had a use for fanlistings up until this point, so yay, they have a use!


Working on some new art...well two new graphite drawings. Probably gonna just finish these two up before starting other ones because I don't have any good paper left at all. And the one I do have left, I have to trim down because I don't usually draw so huge. Thus its kind of a waste of paper. But I do want to do some watercolours to prove to myself that I can paint something really good. Usually the stuff I show to people is stuff I did very quickly. Not many people I know do watercolours anyway though or think its hard to do. But I don't think so, I think they're easier than acrylics and such.


I'm running out of time haha, nothing more to say.

Alright, I'm starting this thing over again. First off, this layout was made by Lena for something else, but it recylcled now because I wanted it back for this. Haha and it was still on the server but I didn't know that cos I don't know anything about that kind of thing. I have to use the same blogger too :/ Anyway the layout is a 1958 photo by Richard Avedon of Marilyn Monroe dressed up as Jean Harlow, belooooow:


Richard Avedon is one of my favourite photogs too. And those two actresses are my favourites, among a few others, so I think its a good layout and Lena did a good job on it and the coding. It all works together. I actually had a chance to look through the issue of Life Magazine that the photos were in (Marilyn dressed up as Clara Bow, Marlene Dietrich, Lillian Russell, & Theda Bara as well) so it was really cool. Now what...uhm. I still have to fix my actual words on my layout. I don't know what to put there as of yet but I guess I'll have to figure something out or think of something interesting to type there (yeah right.)
