So I got some new sheet music yesterday, some stuff by Villa-Lobos. I am actually having a little trouble playing it, rofl. Yeah but I haven't picked a favourite song out of the book yet. My sister said they're supposed to be virtuoso pieces and take a little more effort to play rofl. Whatever yeah some are easier than others. Are they really virtuoso? Haha that makes me awesome. looool

So me and my cousin went to the mall yesterday. Music store, and played around in their acoustic room. There was a really nice modern guitar but it was like 800$ so no wonder it was nice. I want a new guitar again.

I had to watch a terrible show this morning, The View. Because Paul McCartney was on there.

I'm attempting to get 6-pack abs.

I tried once in highschool, did them situps diligently for like a month and saw really no 6pack abs appearring. hahaha well I suppose you're to do them longer than a month but I forgot about it really. So i'll try again. 4 years late. Haha.


Oh yes, that expressionst touch I added to my Marilyn watercolour really came out neat. I made it look like oil/acrylic paints by applying it so thick. I will continue to try it out on some other things. And probably ruin them all, yes ,and much too late to save them will probably waste more paint/paper/time/life.

I want to add a 'famous' friend on myspace but I don't want to log in cos i hate the place. Lol. And to show Olivia more of my drawings. I'd probably PM her this time. If I do i kind of hope she doesn't reply, its scary when they do looooool

I ordered a book called Beatles for Classical Guitar even though I have no idea whats in it. I probably should've investigated first, haha. Good job on my part. I have this book too, fingerpicking guitar style of Lennon-McCartney but I don't really like it. The song choices to me are kind of so-so, well none of my super favourites were in there. I suppose maybe he didn't have the rights to the good stuff, haha. I had a weird dream about the Beatles this morning; they were like 2D chibi gnome looking things. They kind of looked like Link from Zelda or something when they made him over for the ol' gamecube game. And they were dancing. Haha. Like I followed them across some bridge over a little stream into a forest and George's "If I needed someone" was playing the whole time. It was weird, because it was like a radio or something, but it was only in my dream. It was pretty cool anyway.

Got another Marilyn painting done. I am adding an expressionist-touch to it I guess, even though I dont' really like expressionism. But I am hating it less lately. Cos I have my pastels and its fun. 8D

I went shopping yesterday but the clothes sucked. The only shirt I wanted was 70$ and it was only a tshirt. Yeah, not paying that much for a bloody tshirt.
I first wanted a hood by the same brand but they were sold out. I can only imagine how much the hood must've cost, probably over 100$. The rest of the clothes, even the full price ones, were ugly XD I wouldn't have bought even if I was millionaire.

I need to get to work on some drawings of Jean. I have one I need to get done for someone. I been meaning to draw this pic, someone coloured. I like the way they did it, but I have no colour printer anyway. haha

First post of the new year, days late.
Ate at some weird little cafe today. Their special was like some weird sandwich that tasted like pickles, but was some kind of meat. maybe I shouldn't have eaten that.

Haha anyway I painted a nice watercolour of 60s Marilyn the other day. I used some chalk pastel on it and it kind of made it look cooler. Though not so much because I also tried it last night on one and ruined it, well not ruined it, but it definately looks best combined in small amount. It was just a test anyway. I'm looking for more pictures today to draw, anyone. Though I want to draw some more of Marilyn. I got two new photobooks, though only the Avedon "Perfomance" has pics of her and aren't really my favourite ones of her (why did they pick those ones??) and the other, Vanity Fair book. I like the quality of Avedon's photos better, but there's some cool photos of lots of people in the VF one.

they're heavy as hell, btw. lol

I can't wait to get started on something new, I think mostly watercolours lately, bored with pencils. Those are turning out nice lately, if I can find the right photo ref.
