Oh my, he sounds like a baby.
I always heard his voice was sort of weird, but this is very different from what I imagined, rofl. Well, I still think he's cool. I think he's already become my 2nd favourite writer. I think Stephen King will probably always be my #1, who knows. But yeah, I am spam-reading Capote's works. And reading a big bio about him too, its pretty funny and entertaining. I also am reading Andy Warhol's books, I never got around to reading most of them. Just full of his anecdotes and interviews. Those are pretty hilarious too.

I am almost done with the easier commission. The baby in the drawing doesn't look like a baby to me. Looks more like a mini human, or maybe Truman Capote. XDDD

I am also reading Pattie Boyd's bio, Wonderful Tonight. She took some cool photos, as a model. I want to draw some of them if I can find some good larger ones.

That's some cheesy sailormoon art I did as a donation to some club on dA. Someone is going to win my art as a prize at some convention, but I don't know who, but I had to add like some little business card about me in there with my urls. That picture actually isn't the finished version, I changed it a bit but I forgot to take a new picture of the finished product before i mailed it, hahaha.

I've got three new commissions to do, too. One should be easy, the other two kind of hard because once again the lady gave Lena a crappy small picture. Well its not so crpapy, its kind of cool, cos they're wearing costumes, their faces are just really tiny and she's expecting a head and shoulder portrait. People who commission stuff need to think sort of more logically, rofl, and have some sympathy for a artist XDD. Well whatever, I can do it, it just takes more time than I like to spend.

I can't hear out of my right ear again today. It happens every now and then, I think it last happened like a year ago. It's really annoying anyway, really sucks. :/
And yesterday I noticed there's something up with my high e string, it won't tune and keeps randomly going out of tune, but I don't have money to go buy some new strings so whatever. I dunno, maybe its just loose but I checked. Maybe the whole shitty guitar is broken, the knobs, rofl in that case I will throw it off the freeway and hope someone runs it over.

I have to start a commission today, the picture they gave us to work with is pretty OK. Lena is supposed to be doing it again but I will instead to get it done faster. Someone else paid 25$ for the last one so I at least have that. This person said they'll pay about the same amount.
So I'll be doing that this week and hiding indoors, its getting too hot.

Colouring black and white photos is a lot of fun for me.
Those are some crops of some colourisations I did of two Marilyn photos of her at the Golden Globes. Rock Hudson, of whom I do not particulariy care for, is also in there XD well I didn't really try colouring him that well, mainly Marilyn. But yeah, I think they look really neat, I wish I had the actual versions. I had to take a picture of the screen with the digicam haha. Well eventually I will upload them.

That one music festival thingie is going on in California where Paul and the Cure are/were playing. The Cure play on Sunday, I believe.
I wish I could've gone.
But I live like 2,000 miles too far.
Oh and I have no ticket. I tried to win tickets even though I had no way of getting to California hahaha.

But I guess its good that they don't right now anyway, as I have no money and couldn't get into the concerts anyway. I'd just be even more mad knowing they're playing down the street or something and i'm sitting at home.
I'd probably cause a scene outside the stadium and get arrested. rofl.

Cos I'm kinda scrapping my self-portrait for now hahaha I need a better picture. Well, I could probably work with what I have but I'm lazy. And I want to draw something cool right now anyway.

I'm working on a watercolour of George that I hope comes out pretty cool. The background is kind of psychedelic looking, haha. I used ink and it's weird.

Anyway I got a lot of things I wanna do.

I found some old WIPs that I was working on, shrunk em to fit but they link big haha. Only the second one got finished but its not on dA. Was on there for like two seconds but the quality of my cruddy copy was too lame rofl and you can see my lameass grid lines on that one. Someday maybe if I can scan the original I'd reupload it. Haha but the Marilyn one is about 75% done, but I haven't worked on it in like a year. I just don't like how it was turning out because to me, personally she looked kind of comatose...or deceased in it. Haha she only had her eyes closed but I dunno, the colours I used in her skin just made it seem that way so I probably will never finish it because its eerie. XDD

Well I've finally found some photos of myself I can use for a self-portrait. They're about a year and a half old but that's new enough anyway. So I'll probably try starting that next anyway so I can have a cool ID on dA for once instead of just some dumbass photo. I should've thought of a self-portrait a long time ago, haha. I don't know what I'll use though, probably pencil or charcoal since I want to just do it in b&w. I dunno, something interesting anyway.

Well now today i'm printing out aps. Yay. Not the most fun thing in the world to do, probably the stupidest thing to do. Waste of time. Most you have to apply online but I'm not looking for those, cos I will have to go into the store anyway and talk to them. So I'm looking for a drop-off form. Most don't seem to have that, haha, wth.

Oh and C uploaded the rest of the art, mostly mine cos Lena's was already scanned except one. It looks pretty good on the computer, I don't know when I'll submit again though. I'm also looking for another pic of Jimmy to draw, I don't know, Lena can't figure out who to draw anymore so maybe she'd wanna draw a pic of him too. An art trade maybe, rofl, last time though she shitted out on her half. I'll look for random people for her to draw cos she said she hates everyone so I won't bother to tell her who the people are, lmao and she can just draw without knowing.

I'mma look for more pics of Robert too. So I can draw another 9000 drawings of him again. Haha.

I want to submit all the new art I have in one day on dA, but i can't cos she didn't scan them all yet. Well I suppose its a good thing; not that I really want to show my art off anymore though. I just feel like getting rid of it all in one big dump then forgetting about it for a long while again. Or forget it for good.
I wonder if there's any other art sites out there now that aren't devoted to fat wapanese otaku omg visualkei loser art like dA or other weirdass shit.
