Haha I finally uploaded my watercolour of Siouxsie Sioux. I finished it about a week ago but never did anything with it. Put it on dA...yeah, same old shit there. I think I'm just going to upload, if I do, weirdass shit there and not really care about it too much. Just to make my account look stupid and weird...just let it slide downhill. I no longer care anymore. As long as it looks good to me, nothing matters. I don't like how deviantART is basically a game...it's not so much an art site anymore. I don't know if it ever was. Ahaha anyway, I like how the Siouxsie painting came out. It was fun to do anyway and always with watercolours it seems to look best to me...I wish I could paint more good things but I tend to mess up or something. Or else it just looks stupid. But it was good to find a new subject paint anyway...I'm going to do some Beatle art soon. I need some more. I think I only have a painting of Paul I did submitted onto dA, aha. Oh well. I also want to draw or paint some more scary Bobs.

In other news, I started updating my Ville Valo fansite again. I basically deleted all the crap graphics that I had there and whatnot and redid them. Wallpapers and stuff. It's actually pretty fun to work on it again. I only stopped because we basically lost the internet for like 2 years, ahaha. And I think I'll just keep adding more to it...I noticed the hits on it are pretty good. Surprising to me anyway; I didn't know anybody went there! And I just now put a stat counter and I can see people from around the world going there...and what a crap site it used to be. But now that I've fixed the content I'm more satisfied with it. So I'll just keep on adding on it.

Started a watercolour of Siouxsie a few days ago. I still have this charcoal one I did of her that probably will never be finished because I got sorta dissatisfied with the picture I had chosen to draw. I don't know, she had a sort of mullet in it too. Haha a really visible 80s mullet. Which is probably the worst sort of mullet. As if all mullets aren't pretty bad. Who knows, I might go back and work on it. I'm just sick of charcoal right now. I think she has cooler photos to draw than that one anyway; I kinda hurried and picked any one. It's sort of generic. And that paper has a weird texture on it that I've always hated. When you buy it in single sheets, the store always puts the price-sticker on the good side and it leaves a sticky residue on it so you HAVE to use the other side, the side with the lamer texture. Really annoying. You think those idiots who own that art store wouldn't do that.Also did this random coloured pencil drawing about a month and a half ago maybe. That background was done with watercolours. The girl in the photo is of a model named Kecia Nyman. She has better photos than that one, I don't know why I picked that one either. I think I just liked how her hair went. Some crazy 1960's hairdo. Really big and stuff. Haha. Anyway it's sort of scary looking and the colours are too strange. And it photographed terribly, the colours are so off and I don't know how to fix them in Photoshop so they stay that way.

So anyway that NEW watercolour of Siouxsie is looking good so far...I'm only using a few colours on it so I shouldn't be able to screw it up. It's mostly blues and red...and of course some purple should be there.

In other news, I also started a photo blog. I don't really know why; I guess I just got tired of posting photos of random shit I found in this journal. It got sort of clogged putting them here, haha. Some posts would only be a photo or some shit. So anyway all that crap has been moved over there. But I'm not going to give out the url for a while. But then again, I already did give it out. lol but there's nothing to hide there anyway. It's a Wordpress blog, just hosted here. I sort of don't like the Wordpress layouts...and it was hard to finally customise mine the way I wanted. Haha. But whatever, beats trying to make a whole new layout. But I did make a new layout for my Lana fanlisting, Masa just has to code it for me. I wish she would...I hate the one that's there right now. I don't know what's up with it; it's just another...weird thing. Weird colours. I suppose it looks fine but I like the new one I made better.

Well, I'm going to just start typing more in this blog of mine. And stop being so shitty with updating. I guess it's supposed to be helpful or whatever to write about your day/life/crap, even if you're the only one reading it. So...
Anyway, I'm out of my art slump but I am doing a change in my art style. No more just flat-out portraits; I'll try to be a little more creative with them. It's easier to do it that way and probably better for me. Well here's two new drawings I did lately anyway, the art nouveau RS/SG for Louisa and a speed drawing I did of RS that looks pretty funny. I like them both. I will do some more like the first one, maybe. If I feel like it, haha but it was pretty easy to do and was fun to do. Anyway, colouring that way is a lot easier than trying to be all exact and shit. I just finished some wanky coloured pencil drawing that took forever; I don't know why it did, usually coloured pencil goes fast. I should go back to using watercolours again, well stick with it lately. I did a charcoal of Siouxsie Sioux that looks pretty OK but I'm not really satisfied with it.

So I started a pastel drawing today. I'm not sure if I like it even though it's only 5% done. Of course I'll just have to see what it'll turn into...it's kinda of odd looking for right now. It's so discouraging and hard to finish when it looks so weird. I don't remember my stuff as starting out so...well crap, before but lately it seems like they just do. And usually just stay crap and don't look finished when they are, hahaha.
